Warranty
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Every product page states its own warranty length — this page explains what that coverage actually means and who stands behind it.
Who provides the warranty
Unless a product page says otherwise, warranty on items sold by EON Agencies is an EON/supplier warranty, not a local manufacturer-authorized warranty. That means we, not the brand’s Ghana service centre, are the ones who repair, replace or refund a covered fault. Where we do have a genuine manufacturer warranty backing a product (for example, a device bought through an authorized regional distributor), the product page says so explicitly and states which service network honors it.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects and hardware faults that appear under normal use: the device fails to power on, a component stops working without physical cause, or it doesn’t match the specification advertised on its product page.
What's not covered
Physical damage (drops, cracked screens, liquid damage), damage from unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear (battery capacity loss over time, cosmetic scratches), and software issues caused by the customer (jailbreaking, unofficial firmware, forgotten account locks).
Claim process
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video. We’ll confirm whether it’s covered, and if it is, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — typically within 7–14 business days, depending on whether a part needs to be sourced.
Regional / imported devices
Some devices we sell are sourced from outside Ghana. Where that affects service availability (for example, a region-locked model or a part that isn’t stocked locally), the product page notes it. See our Returns & Refunds policy for dead-on-arrival items.
