Shipping & Delivery

We deliver free of charge to all 16 regions of Ghana, with no minimum order value and no exclusions.

Accra & Kumasi: 1–2 business days. Other regional capitals: 2–4 business days. More remote areas: 3–7 business days. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery window with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed, and contact you again before the rider or courier arrives.

Orders are delivered by a mix of our own riders in Accra and a trusted courier partner for other regions. For high-value items, we may require you to be present in person to receive the delivery.

Every device is tested and verified before it leaves us, so there is no testing or inspection at the point of delivery. Payment is arranged directly with our team over WhatsApp — cash, mobile money, or bank transfer — not through an online checkout on this website:

Outside Accra: full payment is required before your order is dispatched for delivery.

In Accra: pay in full, or pay half upfront with the balance due on delivery; for lower-cost items we may instead take a small delivery-fee deposit upfront.
