EON Agencies is a Ghana-based electronics reseller and sourcing business. These terms apply to anyone using this website or placing an order with us.

Adding a product to your order list isn’t a completed purchase — it creates an order request. Your order is only confirmed once you finalize the details (delivery address, quantity, payment) with our team over WhatsApp. This gives you a chance to review and correct anything before the order is final, in line with Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act. Nothing is charged automatically through the website.

Prices are listed in Ghana cedis (GHC) and can change without notice, though we’ll always confirm the final price with you before your order is finalized. Occasionally a listed price may contain an error — if that happens, we’ll contact you before proceeding rather than honoring an obviously mistaken price.

We aim to keep stock information accurate in real time, but with physical inventory, occasional mismatches can happen. If an item you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable, we’ll tell you as soon as we know and offer an alternative, a wait time, or a full refund.

For items we source rather than stock, we act as your buying agent: we don’t manufacture or own the product in advance, and final availability and pricing depend on our supplier or source. We’ll confirm both with you before you commit to a sourcing order.

We’re liable for faults in products we sell and for our own errors, to the extent required by Ghanaian consumer protection law. We’re not liable for indirect losses (like lost business or data) arising from delivery delays or product issues beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
